When connecting to the app, the mobile phone system may prompt a lack of network connection, but this does not mean the connection has failed. Simply click the app to connect the device. If the SD card is not recognized, the machine will prompt you to format it by long-pressing the camera button. For best performance, use a branded microSD, microSDHC, or microSDXC card rated U3 or higher, with a capacity up to 256GB.

To reset the device, locate the reset button in the SD card slot, marked with an "R," and poke it with a needle. If you cannot connect to WiFi, please provide the serial number on the label, and we can provide an upgrade software to reconnect.
